Accessibility
These facilities are not accessible to wheelchair users as there are no lifts. There are about 2 flight of stairs with hand rails to reach my calm and quiet therapy room with view to Queen's Garden. There are no hearing aid induction loops available at the office building unfortunately. Online therapy sessions also available due to accessibility concerns.
Location: The practice is situated on 68 Conway Road, on the corner (Mostyn and Conway Road) diagonal from Coed Pella Council Building and Queen's Garden.
Parking: Road side parking is conveniently available directly on the side of Carlton House on Mostyn Road or on any parallel side roads like Queen's Drive. Pay/display parking is available at Colwyn Bay Station or at Princes Drive car park (LL29 8LA), which then takes about 4-6 minutes to walk to the practice.
Station: The station nearest is Colwyn Bay Station, which is fully accessible and served regularly by Transport for Wales and Avanti West Coast lines.
Walking route: From the station exit, it is a relatively flat and easy 6 minute walk to the practice room.
Direction: Head toward the Coed Pella/Conwy Council Building and then continue right to reach our front door.
Bus stops: The nearest bus stops are located on Conway Road. The nearest bus stop is called Wynnstay Road, which is served frequently by the 12 Arriva bus route and local services.
Walking: Once off the bus, the practice is less than a 2-minute walk away.y.
To protect the privacy and confidentiality of all clients, I operate by appointment only. Please arrive if possible, no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled session time and message me that you arrived. I will then collect you at the front door entrance downstairs, to take you up 2 flight of stairs with hand rails to my practice room.
