Online counseling provides a convenient and accessible way to receive mental health support from the comfort of your own home. You have the flexibility to schedule sessions at a time that suits you best in terms of working hours, allowing you to prioritise your well-being without the need to travel to a physical location.
We can have our counselling sessions on the computer, tablet, or phone dependent on which you feel most comfortable. We will be using the secure and encrypted platform Zoom to ensure confidentiality.
I will send you an email invitation with a link before our session, so make sure you have a quiet and private space to discuss your mental health openly. It is important that your device is fully charged and your microphone and camera are in working order. In the event of a disconnection, I will promptly reach out to you to find an alternative way to continue our session.
